Are Glass Vials and Dropper Bottles Worth the Money?

The relatively small glass vials and dropper bottles are indispensable in the pharmaceutical industry. There are several reasons why these are more preferred to the other containers. The ability to withstand certain temperature, for example, is quite necessary for the medical products. Apparently, these vials and bottles have temperature-resistance qualities and protect light-sensitive contents.

Glass vials can protect the contents under harsh climatic condition. These are also available in clear flint and amber colors. They are manufactured for both manual as well as machine filling. They are then packaged in reinforced cardboard boxes for further packaging and distribution. Others have a uniform cap size that facilitates the filling operation. A continuous thread finish also allows a seal for the manufacturers’ use.

The manufacturers can order the glass vials without caps, caps attached or caps packed separately. Physically, these vials are also efficient as they can resist dust particles, impurities and have structural integrity that is not found in other materials.

The glass dropper bottles are also similarly inevitable, with their host of benefits. If there is any pharmaceutical liquid product that needs to be dispensed in small volumes, then these bottles are just the right solution. These are also available in different sizes and colors, depending on the requirement of a manufacturer.
